#TROUBLESHOOTING

Common problems and what to try first.

I can't sign in with my phone number

Use the number that is on your Zona Esports TV subscription, including the country code. We check with our carrier-billing partner that the subscription is active, so if the check fails, confirm with your mobile operator that the subscription is still running. If you were sent an access link, try opening it on the device you want to watch on.

My access link doesn't work

Access links and one-time sign-in links are personal and may expire after use. Request a new one, or sign in with your phone number. Do not forward links to other people.

A stream won't start or keeps buffering

Check your connection and try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data. Turn off any VPN, then close and reopen the app. Streaming quality depends on your device, connection and network conditions.

An event or channel isn't available

The catalogue, channel line-up and event schedule may change, and availability can differ by country, device, network, account status or rights agreement. We can't guarantee that a specific event will be available at a given time.

The app is in the wrong language

Open Settings in the app and change the language.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel through your mobile operator or the cancellation channel it provides. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel the subscription.

#SUBSCRIPTION

Cancel your subscription

Where Zona Esports TV is billed by your mobile operator, the operator charges you directly, so that is where the subscription is cancelled.

  1. Contact your mobile operator

Your operator bills Zona Esports TV, so cancellation is completed with the operator or through the cancellation channel it provides.

  2. App Store or Google Play purchases

If you bought Zona Esports TV through Apple or Google, manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions under their rules.

  3. Deleting the app does not cancel

Deleting your Zona Esports TV account, uninstalling the app or signing out does not cancel your subscription and does not stop charges.

#ACCOUNT

Delete your account

Delete your account in the app, or ask us by email. Either way, operator billing is not cancelled.

In the app

  1. Open Settings

Open the Zona Esports TV app and go to Settings.

  2. Delete your account

Choose to delete your account and confirm. This removes your Zona Esports TV account and clears the data stored on your device.

  3. Cancel billing separately

Your operator subscription is not affected. To stop charges, cancel with your mobile operator.

By email

  1. Email us

Write to privacy@tiptopunion.com with the subject "Delete my Zona Esports TV account" and the phone number or email you sign in with.

  2. We verify

We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.

  3. We delete and confirm

We delete your account and confirm by email. Limited records may be kept where required for legal, security, accounting or dispute purposes.

About the app

What is Zona Esports TV?

Zona Esports TV is an esports streaming service operated by Tip Top Union Limited. It gives you live esports channels, tournament broadcasts and on-demand replays on mobile devices and on the web.

Which channels are on Zona Esports TV?

Zona Esports TV is built around Zona Esports TV Live 1, a channel for live esports tournaments such as the Street Fighter Pro Tour and BLAST Rainbow Six Siege, and Zona Esports TV Live 2, a 24/7 channel featuring titles like Fortnite and Rocket League. The line-up, schedule and available titles can change and may differ by country.

How do I sign in?

Enter the phone number linked to your subscription, or open the access link you were sent. Access links and one-time sign-in links are personal, so please do not share them. Where you sign in with an email address, use that instead.

How am I billed?

In markets where Zona Esports TV is billed by your mobile operator, the operator charges you directly and the terms are shown when you subscribe. Standard carrier message and data rates may apply. Where Zona Esports TV is purchased through the App Store or Google Play, Apple or Google process the payment.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel through your mobile operator or the cancellation channel your operator provides. Deleting your Zona Esports TV account, uninstalling the app or signing out does not cancel the subscription and does not stop charges.

Can I watch replays?

Yes. Alongside the live channels, Zona Esports TV offers on-demand replays of tournament broadcasts and matches, and it remembers your watch progress.

Which devices are supported?

Zona Esports TV runs on mobile devices and on the web. Streaming quality depends on your device, connection and network conditions.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings in the app and choose to delete your account. This removes your account and clears the data stored on your device. You can also email privacy@tiptopunion.com. Deleting your account does not cancel operator billing.
