Zona Esports TV Terms of Use

These Terms govern your access to and use of Zona Esports TV, an esports streaming service operated by Tip Top Union Limited. By using Zona Esports TV, you agree to these Terms and the Zona Esports TV Privacy Policy.

Apple App Store Terms

For Zona Esports TV apps downloaded through Apple's App Store, these Terms are between you and Tip Top Union Limited, not Apple. We are solely responsible for Zona Esports TV, its content, maintenance, support, warranties to the extent not disclaimed, product claims, and third-party intellectual property claims. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Zona Esports TV.

Unless a custom end-user license agreement is provided, Apple's standard end-user license agreement applies. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use Zona Esports TV on Apple-branded products you own or control, and as permitted by Apple's usage rules, including Family Sharing or volume purchasing where available. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms for Apple-distributed versions of Zona Esports TV and may enforce these Terms against you.

Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials and access links secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Access links and one-time sign-in links are personal to you and must not be shared. You must use Zona Esports TV only in compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, wireless data agreements, and third-party service terms.

Subscriptions, Carrier Billing, and Cancellation

Zona Esports TV is offered as a subscription. In markets where Zona Esports TV is billed by your mobile operator, your operator charges you directly, and pricing, billing frequency, and renewal terms are set out at the point of subscription and in the messages your operator sends you. Standard carrier message and data rates may apply.

Cancellation is handled by your mobile operator. Deleting your Zona Esports TV account, uninstalling the app, or signing out does not cancel your subscription and does not stop charges. To stop being billed you must cancel through your mobile operator or the cancellation channel your operator provides.

Where Zona Esports TV is instead purchased through Apple's App Store or Google Play, those purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules.

Content and Streaming

Zona Esports TV provides live esports channels, tournament broadcasts, and on-demand replays. The catalogue, channel line-up, event schedule, and availability of any particular title may change at any time and may differ by country, device, network, operating system, account status, or rights agreement. Streaming quality depends on your device, connection, and network conditions. We do not guarantee that any specific event, match, title, or channel will be available at a given time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Zona Esports TV unlawfully, deceptively, abusively, or to harm another person.
• Record, capture, download, rebroadcast, publicly perform, or redistribute any stream or content except where we expressly permit it.
• Share, resell, or provide access to your account, access link, or subscription to others.
• Circumvent geographic restrictions, entitlement checks, digital rights management, or other access controls.
• Interfere with Zona Esports TV's security, availability, servers, networks, or access controls.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, resell, or bypass restrictions except where law allows.
• Misrepresent your identity, entitlement, payment status, or authorization.

Privacy

The Zona Esports TV Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect information connected with Zona Esports TV, including your phone number, subscription status, viewing activity, account data, diagnostics, and support requests.

Intellectual Property

Zona Esports TV, its software, designs, service names, logos, text, graphics, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Tip Top Union Limited. Esports events, broadcasts, tournament footage, team and publisher marks, and other content available through Zona Esports TV remain the property of their respective owners and are licensed for viewing through Zona Esports TV only. We reserve all rights not expressly granted. You may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from Zona Esports TV except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

Availability and Changes

Zona Esports TV may change over time. We may update, suspend, limit, replace, or discontinue features where needed for security, reliability, legal, platform, business, rights, or product reasons. Availability may vary by country, device, operating system, account status, or platform rules.

Account Deletion

You may delete your Zona Esports TV account at any time from Settings in the app, or by contacting support@tiptopunion.com. Deleting your account removes your account and clears the data stored on your device. As set out above, it does not cancel operator billing.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, where required by law or a rights holder, or where needed to protect the service or its users. You may stop using Zona Esports TV at any time.

No Warranty and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zona Esports TV is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tip Top Union Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from or relating to your use of Zona Esports TV. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to Zona Esports TV will not exceed the amount you paid for Zona Esports TV in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, and some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tip Top Union Limited and its officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of Zona Esports TV or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be subject to the courts of Hong Kong, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to Zona Esports TV, our providers, or legal requirements. We will update the date at the top of this page, and where required by law we will provide additional notice. Continued use of Zona Esports TV after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
