Please do not send us your social media password. Busit never needs it, and we will never ask for it.

Troubleshooting

My tracked profile shows no changes yet

The first check stores a baseline snapshot, so there is nothing to compare against until a second check runs. Open the Activity tab and tap Check for updates, then look again after the next refresh.

A profile can't be added

Busit works only with eligible public profiles. If an account is private, its follower and following lists are not publicly visible and cannot be tracked. Check that the username is spelled correctly and that the profile shows as Public in the search results.

Follower counts look different from the app I'm tracking

Counts come from the most recent snapshot Busit was able to take, so they can lag behind the live profile. Run Check for updates to refresh, and expect small differences while a platform recalculates its own totals.

I'm not receiving activity notifications

Open iOS Settings, find Busit, and confirm Notifications are allowed. Inside Busit, check that notifications are enabled in Settings and that the profile you expect alerts for still has tracking switched on.

My Premium features disappeared on a new device

Sign in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase and use the Restore Purchases option in the app. If the subscription still does not restore, email us the Apple receipt or order ID and we will investigate.

Recent follows appear incomplete

Busit shows the recent following activity that a platform makes publicly available at the time of a check. If a platform limits or hides that data, or a change happened between checks, some activity may not appear.

How do I cancel my Busit Premium subscription?

Busit subscriptions are billed by Apple, so cancellation happens in your Apple ID settings rather than inside the app:

  1. Open SettingsOn your iPhone or iPad, open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your nameAt the top of the screen, then tap Subscriptions.
  3. Select BusitChoose Busit from the list of active subscriptions.
  4. Cancel subscriptionTap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Premium access until the end of the period you already paid for. Turning off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends prevents the next charge.

How do I get a refund?

All Busit purchases are processed by Apple, and Apple handles refunds directly — we are not able to issue them ourselves. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com using the Apple ID that made the purchase. If something in the app caused the problem, email us as well and we will help you document it.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can request deletion of your Busit account and the data associated with it at any time:

  1. In the appOpen Settings and use the account deletion option, where available.
  2. Or email usSend a deletion request to privacy@tiptopunion.com from the email address on your account.
  3. We confirmWe may need to verify your identity, then we delete your account, tracking list, and stored snapshots within a reasonable period.

Deleting your Busit account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel that separately in your Apple ID settings using the steps above.

Common questions

How can I see who unfollowed me?

Add your profile to Busit and let it record your follower list. On each later check, Busit compares the new list against the last one and shows the accounts that are no longer there, so unfollowers surface as a short list instead of a manual comparison.

How do I find people who don't follow me back?

Busit compares the accounts you follow against the accounts that follow you and shows the difference. The result is a list of profiles you follow that do not appear in your follower list, which makes reviewing your following list much faster.

Can I see who someone recently followed?

For eligible public profiles you track, Busit reviews the recent following activity that is available and shows it as a timeline. You can see new connections without opening the profile and checking it repeatedly yourself.

Can I track multiple profiles?

Yes. Busit lets you add several eligible profiles to one dashboard, toggle tracking for each one, and switch between them. The free tier covers a limited number of profiles and Busit Premium raises that limit.

What is a followers tracker?

A followers tracker is an app that records a profile's follower and following lists over time and reports what changed between checks. It surfaces new followers, unfollowers, recent follows, and accounts that do not follow back — information that is otherwise only visible by comparing long lists by hand.

Does Busit need my password?

No. Busit does not ask for your social media password and does not log in to your social account. Sign-in inside Busit is optional and uses email or Apple ID only to save your tracking list across devices.

Which profiles can Busit track?

Busit works with eligible public profiles. Private accounts do not expose follower or following lists, so their activity cannot be tracked. The search screen marks which profiles are public before you add them.

Is Busit free?

Busit is free to download and includes follower tracking for a limited number of profiles. Busit Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription that raises the profile limit and unlocks recent follows, unfollower insights, don't-follow-back lists, and activity notifications.

How often does Busit check for changes?

Busit refreshes tracked profiles periodically in the background and you can run a check yourself from the activity screen at any time. Because Busit compares snapshots, changes appear after the next check rather than the instant they happen.

Is Busit affiliated with Instagram?

No. Busit is an independent app from Tip Top Union Limited and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, or any other social platform. Busit only organizes publicly available profile information.
