Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing our websites, downloading or using our apps, subscribing to a service, or contacting support, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant website, app, or service.
App Store Terms and Apple Relationship
For apps downloaded through Apple's App Store, these Terms are between you and Tip Top Union Limited, not Apple. We are solely responsible for our apps, app content, maintenance, support, warranties to the extent not disclaimed, product claims, and third-party intellectual property claims. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for our apps.
Unless a separate custom end-user license agreement is provided for a specific app in App Store Connect, Apple's standard end-user license agreement applies. Where these Terms apply to an Apple-distributed app, you receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded products that you own or control, and as permitted by Apple's usage rules, including Family Sharing, volume purchasing, or legacy contact features where available.
Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms for Apple-distributed apps and may enforce these Terms against you as third-party beneficiaries.
Eligibility and Legal Compliance
You must use our websites, apps, and services only in compliance with applicable laws and third-party terms that apply to your device, network, platform, app store account, or payment method. You represent that you are not located in a country or region subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as supporting terrorism, and that you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Accounts and Security
Some apps or services may require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or subscription access has been misused.
Subscriptions, Purchases, and Billing
Some apps or services may offer paid subscriptions, in-app purchases, trial access, or premium features. Pricing, duration, renewal terms, and any trial details will be shown before purchase in the relevant app or app store purchase flow.
Purchases made through Apple's App Store are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules. You can manage or cancel Apple subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings. We do not receive full payment card details for purchases processed by Apple.
Content and Service Availability
Our services may include digital media, subscription experiences, consumer content, partner content, or app-based features. Availability may vary by country, language, device, operating system, subscription status, app store, partner rights, or business requirements. We may update, suspend, replace, or discontinue features where needed.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our services unlawfully, fraudulently, deceptively, or abusively.
- Interfere with security, availability, servers, networks, or app functionality.
- Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass access controls except where law allows.
- Upload or transmit malware, harmful code, spam, or content that infringes another person's rights.
- Use our services to harass, threaten, exploit, or harm others.
- Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, entitlement, purchase status, or authorization.
User Content and Feedback
If a service lets you submit content, messages, preferences, support materials, or feedback, you remain responsible for that material. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, display, transmit, moderate, troubleshoot, and support the material in connection with the relevant service. Feedback may be used to improve our products without obligation to you.
Intellectual Property
Our websites, apps, software, designs, logos, text, images, service names, content, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Tip Top Union Limited, unless otherwise stated. We reserve all rights not expressly granted. You may not copy, distribute, modify, resell, or create derivative works from our services except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
External Links
Our websites, apps, and support materials may link to third-party websites, SDKs, platforms, app stores, payment providers, content partners, or other services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms.

Maintenance, Support, and App Claims
We are responsible for support for our apps and services as described in these Terms and in any applicable app-specific documentation. Support enquiries can be sent to support@tiptopunion.com. To the extent a warranty applies and cannot be disclaimed under applicable law, we are responsible for addressing warranty claims. For Apple-distributed apps, if an app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the app, if any, according to Apple's rules. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our websites, apps, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every feature will be available in every region or on every device. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tip Top Union Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or unauthorized access arising from your use of our websites, apps, or services.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to a website, app, account, entitlement, or service if we believe these Terms have been violated, if required by law or platform rules, if a service is discontinued, or if needed to protect users, partners, our company, or the integrity of our services.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will update the date above and provide additional notice where required by law or platform rules. Continued use of the relevant website, app, or service after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country or region provide otherwise.
