Busit Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Busit, a followers tracker and profile insights application published by Tip Top Union Limited, and any related services (the "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using Busit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1) Who We Are

Busit is published and operated by Tip Top Union Limited, registration number 1716399, business address 84 Nathan Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@tiptopunion.com.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Busit only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms.

3) What Busit Does — and What It Does Not Do

Busit records snapshots of publicly available follower and following information for the profiles you choose to track, and reports the differences between those snapshots as new followers, unfollowers, recent follows, following changes, and accounts that do not follow back.

Busit works only with eligible public profiles. Private accounts do not expose follower or following lists and cannot be tracked.
Busit does not ask for, receive, or store your social media password, and does not log in to or act on your social media account. It will never follow, unfollow, like, comment, or post on your behalf.
Busit reports changes it can detect between checks. It cannot guarantee that every change is captured, that data is complete or real-time, or that a platform will continue to make the same information publicly available.
Results depend entirely on information that the relevant platform makes publicly accessible, and on platform behaviour, rate limits, and availability outside our control.

4) No Affiliation with Social Media Platforms

Busit is an independent application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, certified by, or in any way officially connected to Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any other social media platform, service, or trademark holder. All product names, logos, and trademarks referenced are the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification and descriptive purposes. Your use of any social media platform remains governed by that platform's own terms.

5) Accounts and Sign-In

Signing in to Busit is optional and is used to save your tracking list and preferences across devices. If you create an account using email or Sign in with Apple, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@tiptopunion.com if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

6) Busit Premium Subscriptions

What it unlocks: Busit Premium raises the number of profiles you can track and unlocks additional follower activity, recent follows, unfollower insights, don't-follow-back lists, activity notifications, and further profile insights.
Price and duration: the exact price, currency, and subscription length are displayed in the app before you confirm a purchase, and may vary by region and over time.
Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
Managing and cancelling: you can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew at any time in your Apple ID account settings. See the Busit Support page for step-by-step instructions.
Free trials: where a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited if you purchase a subscription during the trial period.
Payments and refunds: all purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID and are subject to Apple's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us; requests should be made through Apple's support channels. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases directly.
Restoring purchases: you can restore an active subscription on a new device using the restore option in the app with the same Apple ID.

7) Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

Use Busit to harass, stalk, threaten, intimidate, defame, or otherwise harm any person, or to monitor a person in a way that would be unlawful where you live.
Attempt to access private accounts or information that is not publicly available, or use Busit to circumvent any platform's privacy settings or access controls.
Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its data output.
Use automated systems to overload, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
Use the Service in violation of any applicable law, or in violation of the terms of any social media platform.

You are solely responsible for how you use the information Busit shows you. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that breaches these Terms.

8) Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and branding, is owned by Tip Top Union Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Busit on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms of Service.

9) Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on or link to third-party services, including Apple authentication and in-app purchases, hosting, and analytics providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their content, and your use of them may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

10) Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, timely, or that follower and following data will be accurate or exhaustive. Nothing in the Service constitutes professional, legal, or financial advice.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tip Top Union Limited and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tip Top Union Limited from any claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right, including any platform's terms of service.

13) Apple-Specific Terms

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Tip Top Union Limited only, not with Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Busit. Apple is not responsible for any product warranties, product liability claims, or third-party intellectual-property claims relating to Busit, and any such matters are our responsibility as set out in these Terms. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a relevant embargo and are not on any restricted-parties list.

14) Changes to the Service and These Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date, and where changes are material we will provide additional notice as required by law or platform rules. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

15) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law or platform rules. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

16) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
