Information Zona Esports TV May Collect

• Account and authentication data: mobile phone number (MSISDN), subscriber and subscription identifiers supplied by your mobile operator, email address where you sign in with one, sign-in method, account identifiers, access tokens, preferences, and settings.
• Subscription and billing status: whether your subscription is active, the service or plan you are subscribed to, subscription start and renewal dates, and the operator or aggregator that bills you. We do not receive or store your card, bank, or carrier payment credentials.
• Viewing activity: channels and videos you open, playback events, watch progress, language selection, and similar in-app activity needed to deliver and improve the service.
• App activity and diagnostics: app version, device type, operating system, network type, crash reports, error logs, playback and performance data, security events, and feature usage.
• Support information: messages, attachments, identifiers, and correspondence you send when requesting help.

How We Use Information

• Deliver Zona Esports TV live channels, replays, catalogue browsing, search, and playback.
• Verify that a phone number or access link corresponds to an active subscription, authenticate users, and maintain accounts.
• Prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access, and protect service security.
• Respond to support, privacy, deletion, and billing enquiries.
• Debug errors, improve streaming reliability, and understand whether features work as intended.
• Comply with law, platform requirements, accounting duties, and App Store and Google Play obligations.

Mobile Operator Billing and Subscription Data

Zona Esports TV is offered in some markets as a subscription billed by your mobile operator. To confirm entitlement, we send your phone number to our carrier-billing partner, which returns only your subscription status and the identifiers needed to link your access to that subscription. Your mobile operator, and not Tip Top Union Limited, is the party that charges you.

Because billing is held by your operator, deleting your Zona Esports TV account does not cancel your subscription or stop charges. Cancellation must be completed through your mobile operator or the cancellation channel the operator provides.

Tracking, Advertising, and Sale of Data

We do not sell personal information. Zona Esports TV does not track you across apps and websites owned by other companies for advertising or advertising measurement unless we disclose that practice and obtain the permissions required by applicable law and Apple's App Tracking Transparency rules. We do not use hidden fingerprinting techniques.

Sharing Information

We may share information with service providers that help operate Zona Esports TV, including hosting, authentication, carrier billing and subscription validation, content delivery and video streaming, diagnostics, analytics, support, security, and communications providers. These providers must protect user data and use it only for authorized purposes. We may also share information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

Retention and Deletion

We keep information only as long as needed to provide Zona Esports TV, maintain accounts, support users, comply with legal duties, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, and improve reliability.

You can delete your Zona Esports TV account from within the app, under Settings, which removes your account and clears the data stored on your device. You may also request deletion by contacting privacy@tiptopunion.com. Deleting your account does not cancel operator billing — see the section above. We may retain limited records where required for legal, security, accounting, or dispute purposes.

Your Choices

You can change the app language, sign out, and delete your account in the app. You can revoke app permissions in your device settings. You can also contact us to request access, correction, deletion, export, restriction, or other privacy assistance where applicable law provides those rights. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Children

Zona Esports TV is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required by local law. If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Access tokens are held in the secure storage provided by your device's operating system. No online service is completely secure, but we work to protect information appropriately.

International Transfers

Tip Top Union Limited is based in Hong Kong, and our service providers may process information in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.
