Delete your Zona Esports TV account
Deleting your account removes it and clears the data stored on your device. It does not cancel your subscription or stop operator charges.
What is deleted
Your Zona Esports TV account and the data stored on your device, such as your preferences and settings.
What is not affected
Your subscription with your mobile operator, which keeps running until you cancel it with them. We may keep limited records where required for legal, security, accounting or dispute purposes.
#OPTION 1
Delete in the app
- Open Settings
Open the Zona Esports TV app and go to Settings.
- Delete your account
Choose to delete your account and confirm. This removes your Zona Esports TV account and clears the data stored on your device.
- Cancel billing separately
Your operator subscription is not affected. To stop charges, cancel with your mobile operator.
#OPTION 2
Ask us by email
Use this if you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in.
- Email us
Write to privacy@tiptopunion.com with the subject "Delete my Zona Esports TV account" and the phone number or email you sign in with.
- We verify
We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.
- We delete and confirm
We delete your account and confirm by email. Limited records may be kept where required for legal, security, accounting or dispute purposes.
